Can't say much about the service center. Customer service from Brandi was and has been exceptional. Goes far beyond what is expected of her, I'm sure. She should be recognized for her Diligence, kindness and attention to the details and the situation.

Bod Wacker was my go to service man for years and I never had to worry about the service he rendered to me for my 2008 Honda Accord. I now have to establish a new relationship with another serviceman and I had the opportunity to have Jeffery Friedman and the visit was professional/pleasant. I look forward to scheduling my next visit to Coggin Honda with Jeffery.

The technician assigned to me was not forthcoming. I do not know if any of the normal tests usually performed when I bring my car in for service were conducted. I was trying to catch up on schoolwork while I waited, but I could not because two other employees were talking loudly across the room while I was sitting in a chair between the two of them.

Had a great experience. Both Sam and Jay were a very big help with assisting me with everything that I needed. They are truly great at what they when getting things done in a timely manner.
