Service advisor Earl Sheppard was great! However, the cost to replace my backup camera on a vehicle with barely 30K miles is very expensive. I googled Part and it is half the price and easily replaced.

My service person was pleasant and caring.He greeted me and let me know what to expect. I was provided with a driver and my car was done in record time and a driver was sent to my home to return me to my car.The whole experience was carefree.

From the moment I entered the building, I was asked if I could be helped. I was directed to the person I was to meet. From there there was no delay and was handled efficiently. Was pleased with service.

Dan took very good care of our needs, however it was a 2 hour visit. I realize it isn’t Dan’s fault but we were told that we needed 4 new tires. Due to the pandemic we have very little mileage on the 3 yr old car. We live in a community of 2000 homes. At least a third of homeowners drive CRV’s. I am going to make it known that corporate made a decision to put cheap tires on the car and when buying a new CRV demand that good tires be put on the car.

Had an excellent experience. went for an oil change, tires replaced, and alignment. Beat my estimate on tires, oil change was on sale, and the alignment also on sale. The team said they would have it all ready in two hours and it was. Extra friendly and professional. Great job.
