This was service for a recall issue. The service person (Dan S) (Sorry. I forget his last name) was right on time and very pleasant. He explained the procedure and I was on my way. I especially love the new drop off and pick-up service.

Excellent service at Coggin Honda. One of the things that I always appreciate is my service advisor always finds a way to get me in for service no matter when I call in for an appointment. He is outstanding.

Andrew is always polite and knowledgeable. I made my appointment through an email I received from Honda, but Andrew did not seem to know what I had requested (Plan B) and what coupons I had signed up for. We did straighten this out when I picked up the car, but my oil still wasn't changed because Andrew said I wasn't ready for an oil change. I think when you sign up through Honda emails for appointments, the service man should go over that with you when you arrive, and any coupons you are eligible for. Thanks for the survey!
