I made an appointment to come in for a recall on my car and a tire rotation, but unfortunately, they did not have the part needed to do the recall service. I was a bit upset because I figured someone should be responsible for confirming and reviewing the appointments, so if they saw I was coming in for a recall and they didn't have the part, I felt like someone should have called me to tell me so that I didn't waste my time coming in and rescheduled. Since I was already there, I asked them to proceed with the tire rotation. That service took about 30-45 minutes, which was fine and no problem at all. As I was heading to the front to pay, the service advisor, Chris, said he comped the service, and he took care of it for the inconvenience of me coming in and them being unable to address the recall. I really appreciated his consideration and understanding. He truly didn't have to do that but it did make me feel much, much better about the experience. His service was 5 STARS. My reasoning for the 4-stars is strickly based on the fact that someone should be monitoring and managing appointments, in my opinion.

All of the employees at Coggin have been very friendly and competent at their jobs. Never have a problem scheduling and was thrilled with my free Uber. I was able to go to lunch at the beautiful waterfront in Ft. Pierce.
