On Thursday evening, my wife accidentally drove over a masonry screw, which resulted in a tear in the sidewall of her tire. I planned to drop off the car, hoping it could be repaired by the end of Friday. When I arrived, Dan attended to me immediately and checked for a replacement tire. To my surprise, they had one in stock and replaced the tire, having me back on the road before closing time. That's what I call customer service!
