Appreciated that my service rep went through the records on my CRV (bought in Indiana in April, 2021 Certified pre-owned) and noticed the transmission fluid wasn't changed at the 3yr/30k mile mark that the previous dealer should've performed. That service not being done could've affected my warranties. Glad he let me know. Also didn't try to upsell me. I could've gotten the work done elsewhere and brought in a receipt. Got it done during my appointment anyway, but really liked that he was only informing me, not trying to sell me on it.
