The Service Advisor, Chris Russo, greeted me with a very pleasant demeanor, was very thorough in explaining the diagnostic procedure to be done to address the presenting problems with my vehicle, 2018 Honda HR-V. He kept active communication with me throughout the process; explained findings and solutions. He was very professional and demonstrated being very knowledgeable. Based on my experience with Chris Russo, as my service advisor, I would rate the experience 5+!!

Arrived several hours early for appointment and everything requested, and more, was completed w/o a problem.

All of the staff was very good. It was a bit painful trying to pay for the car as they would not take a cashier's check or a check from my business account. Finally settled on a personal check which required unlocking my credit report (not sure what that had to do with my check being good). Seems like it should have been easier to pay for. Drove the car home and my wife took one look at it and found a serious scrape on the bottom of the rear bumper. Likely when it came off the truck. Disappointing this was missed prior to delivery. Car has been great so far.
