Oil change and tire rotation ok. But your mechanic is asking for a transmision oil change and if you check your records i did it at about 45k miles so next is at about 90k miles. Please tell your mechanic to check the records.

Excellent: I have not had a Dealer experience for a long time, I was so happy to have this great experience at Coggin Honda Of Orlando Fl. When I drove up to the dealer lot I was warmly welcomed by several employees. My Sales consultant was Edgar Arevalo. I had researched the vehicle I wanted to purchase on line, and it was at Coggin Honda, about a 2 1/2 hour drive from my residence. I viewed the vehicle and Edgar showed me all the features and how they worked, (ie) seats, windows,entertainment options, Edgar was very informative and able to answer all my questions. I looked at the motor,tires,body, everything was good!!The test drive: Edgar directed me to a very long secluded road, with no traffic and I was able to really see how the vehicle would respond when I accelerated it to top speed, It was a great vehicle.Back to the Dealership to agree on price, and was given paperwork on what items Coggin Honda hadrepaired prior to the vehicle being offered for sale, that was a very reassuring moment.Said goodby to Edgar, he was Awesome, and on to the finance department. Unexpectedly their wholeoperating platform went down from a widespread hack and the paperwork had to be done by hand, but still the time involved with that process was minimal. I left the dealership happy with my new vehicle a 2014 FORD FLEX LIMITED with factory installed trailer package for my 10 foot TEARDROP TRAILER.30 days after purchase, my handwritten paper plate expired, I called the title and registration department at Coggin Honda. The Agent apologized for the delay as they were still recovering from the Hack. He sent us a new paper plate by Fedex Next day Air.I hope my 2014 Ford Flex lasts for many years, but when the time comes, I will be back to Coggin Honda in Orlando FL. for my next vehicle.
