Met Jerome Nesbeth with the purpose of trading in my existing Honda for a new CRV Sport Hybrid. Existing car was in stock and Jerome was quick to complete the sale with acceptable pricing, paperwork, and overview of the vehicles features. I appreciated the friendly professionalism exhibited by Jerome for the efficient sale.I did take the care to the service dept. the next morning as the driver side front lighting was not all working. The service dept. took a few minutes with the car and brought it back stating no issue. I took the car home and documented the lighting issues with a typed listing of specific lighting failures and non-failures including attached pictures. Upon return to the service department they were able to fix the vehicle based on the multiple failure listing I provided.
