Im pleased to see that Honda is improving the place completely. Much needed.On my visit, I did not have appointment but when I arrived I made one and had plenty of appointments open. Did it just in case and I am glad I did. My service advisor was Eric. He attended to me quickly. He was super pleasant and welcoming as it should be. He heard what I needed and made sure I was taken care of. Attentive! Everything went smoothe. Upon picking up my vehicle, he walked me to my car like a gentleman and was surprised to hear that I was a customer 20 years. Even though he has not seen what I have observed over the years, he said thank you for being such a loyal customer.

It was a great experience. My service person was excellent explaining what was going to be done and how long it will take.
