Got my car serviced while I waited. The construction meant the waiting area inside with AC was full, and the other area seemed to have no AC. On a hot day, that started to get very uncomfortable.

I walked into your dealership to ask a question for a friend when I was on my way to Kia to buy a lease a couple of cars for our business. Mr Jonathan Nesbeth greeted me as I walked in the door, he was most professional and handled me with great care. I walked out towards my car and thought "Man, this guy seemed great, I should see what they have to offer". I walked back in and he immediately came back to me to offer assistance and next thing you know we leased two CRVs from Honda instead. Honestly, its more expensive than Kia's but the service and attention that was provided by Mr. Nesbeth was hands down some of the very best I have ever encountered in a very long time.
