At my age I no longer lavish the love and care on my car that I did when younger. It is nice to have my Pilot serviced at a dealer that does that for me. The service rep was very helpful with my questions about windshield replacement. I had put it off due to covid shutdown but he had the answers I needed and helped set up an appointment with the company they use to replace the windshield, including help with my insurance. The company the dealer works with, American Glass, turned out to be another top notch performer. I the tires replaced by a company I had good results from in the past. The inspection report showed external damage to side wall and age degradation. On the next oil change I will set up for brake pad replacement listed in the report. I hope this Pilot will last for the remainder of my driving life, but id they get 2 more generations of battery development done in time, i will be forced to look at electric or hybrid.
