I made an appointment to get trade in value of my old vehicle in case I purchase a new vehicle. I informed that I would need to get cash from 401k, so, I could come back when I receive cash within a week, but I was talked into to get a finance and later pay off. Between finance and hooking up window visors on new vehicle, I was there for 6 hours. The inconvenience of getting a finance was (1) Title would be with the finance company, then later transfer to me. (2) Car insurance asked if new vehicle would be financed or not. Not sure if premium is higher if it’s financed. Of course at this moment, it’s still financed, so once I pay off, I will need to inform them again. So, there are something I have to go through extra steps.Other than that, Melvin explained to the questions I had and also offered to hook up window visors with no extra cost, (because I was a little disappointed with the trade in value). I do appreciate it.

The service representative that took care of me was incredible! The work was done quickly and correctly. He even took the time to show me a setting that I was unaware of on my vehicle.
