I visited to get some suggested repairs done because I received a coupon in the email. Once I got there, from the moment I arrived up until I left, Jonathan and Jamaal were extremely helpful and hospitable. While Jonthan kept me informed, ensured my car was getting full attention and negotiated a great discount for me, Jamaal was also wonderful with his excellent customer service!I have been and will continue to recommend people to visit Coggin Honda ONLY because of the amazing services that are provided as soon as I walk in!

During my purchase of a new car the salesman was very courteous. However, It wasn’t explained or told to me what my interest rate was on the loan, which was extremely high, and predatory. I can respect the finance company apprehension regarding the loan based on my credit score. However, an 18.00% interest rate with a economical 2019 trade in that was in immaculate condition with new tires, recent oil change, low miles of 75k for a six year old car, and to prove additional accountability to pay off the loan, I added a 4500.00 down payment. I strongly feel I should’ve gotten a better and more respectable deal of somewhere around 10-12%. This would have been more fair, forthright, and respectful. I never heard a number thrown at me regarding the interest rate one time, but what was more important was how much was I putting down. Plus additional strategies to tire me out by keeping me there for 6 hours so I could make a rushed decision developed by mental exhaustion and a sense of urgency to leave without asking detailed questions. Ultimately leading me to buy a 26k automobile for 49k which is double the sticker price. Although the car is very nice I got an extremely bad deal on the car and hopefully in 6 months with refinancing I can get a deal that’s more fair and respectable.Respectfully,Willie S. Barnes Jr.
