Otherwise the Manager Fernando (1) sorry I don’t have his last name very defensive of products an services, little history about , I receive approval for one of the corporate Mgr. To get a discount he told me to talk to Fernando, ignoring everything I just give to me a 20% of service I receive that day knowing that I receive often for my Honda cars same discount every other time, he ignored my request to get a higher discount by corporate approval. He didn’t care on my request still he don’t care. I want a to walk happy out of the dealer but I wasn’t. I no happy. If any solution to this matter a will be very grateful. Thank you.

Always a great experience, I’ve been going to coggin since I purchased my car there and when ever I go for service. It’s always great, I usually get my service done with Mathew and he always makes sure I’m taken care and I get great customer service and always helps out in anything I have concerns with.
