Jerry did a 100% Job!

Dacia was great. Communicative and diligent. Top service.Only issue was the glass repair company that passes as a Honda or dealer workers when in fact they are a 3rd party. While the gentlemen onsite was great and courteous, their staff over the phone were the opposite. I had to cancel the glass replacement because of the experience.

Despite the massive construction undertaking at Coggin Honda the service experience was great. All is very well organized to eliminate potential inconveniences and shows solid planning.

We were greeted promptly despite how busy the service drop area was. Our service writer listened and understood that we were not in a position at the time to spend for repairs above the reason for visit which was an oil change and wiper blades.
