On May 29th, our magical trip to Disney came to an end. My family and I got in our van and the one things parents pray does not happen on a vacation, happened. The malfunction indicator lights came on for multiple parts of the van! We searched up a Honda near us and Coggin Honda came up. We are from Northern Virginia, so we didn't know anything about the area, but I'm so glad we landed at Coggin! From the moment we arrived at Coggin, my family and I were treated with the utmost care. Mike took down all our information and let us know what to expect. Regardless of the outcome, because we didn't know what to expect, we felt we were in great hands. We felt assured they were going to do everything they could to get us back safely on the road to Virginia. The entire staff was so friendly and they also brought sandwiches to the waiting room. In the end, they were able to determine what was wrong with our van and they also had the parts! We had no idea what to expect and of course your mind usually thinks about the worst case scenario, and the fact that we were so far away from home, if they hadn't fixed our van, we were looking to spend thousands more to get home. Coggin Honda provided a lyft back to our hotel while our vehicle was being serviced, and when we picked up the vehicle, they surprised us with gifts from Disney World! Of course, we were all worried about the unexpected but we had a very happy ending thanks to you all! We were so grateful for the service and for the surprise gifts! It made a world of a difference for us and especially our children, so in the end, our magical vacation ended on a high note!
