I had a more major maintenance service performed on my Accord. Once it appeared that it would take longer than expected, Coggin called Lyft to take me home and also to pick me up when the car was ready.

As per usual, Coggin Honda of Orlando has been quite exceptional. My service provider, Gus, was really just great and went above and beyond to ensure the issues with my car were addressed in a prompt/timely manner. I really cannot be more appreciative. Also, it's great when service providers explain the reasoning and cost for the repairs. I'm always grateful, so I'm just not paying for a service without understanding why it is needed to resolve the issues at hand. All in all, I'm forever pleased with the services provided.

Didn’t expect all the construction, but wait time in line faster. Immediately asked to fix windshield and told it’s covered under insurance only to find out it won’t be done until a later date with another company, not with my oil change.
