Great service

Very long wait, but I had a few things that need to be done, I wish the waiting area had better entertainment and more comfortable seats.

Honestly, I was thrown for a loop upon my arrival. The normal service area was under construction, but I was able to follow signs to the temporary service area. I spoke with Michael Bell and he told me about the new renovations that were nearly complete. He was very excited about this. I needed an oil change and 50K mile check up. Michael was up front and told me the recommended services. When I received the service update with recommended services, I opted for the critical items. The front brakes were close to needing replacement, and I advised that I would take care of those after the holiday. Michael was very understanding, and confirmed my brakes would be fine for another couple months (he was not being pushy). The car was ready after a few hours and it was very simple to pick up the vehicle and check out. I purchased the vehicle in 2021 and have used Coggins for all three service visits, and I have no reason to go to any other aftermarket service shops. Thank you for taking care of the customer.

My initial interaction was with the internet sales department who received my request for quotation. The response was timely and succinct. The team then handed my request over to Mr. David Ramos, our sales associate. David ably guided us through the process and at each juncture tried to understand what our critical needs were and tried to meet them. Although the process was not without problems, we do recognize that in life, things happen which are beyond our control, and we simply have to find solutions. For each hurdle that presented itself, you found a solution/workable compromise. You were unwavering in your efforts to meet our requests and also very responsive and attentive to satisfying them. To this point, we are satisfied customers. A special thank you to our Sales associate for his tenacity and no-quit attitude and your calm and respectful demeanor as you engaged with us. These all helped to make the process less onerous and more fulfilling. Despite the challenges, we were able to procure the right vehicle at the right price, and in the end, you secured our trust.
