We had visited another dealership in town to have our odyssey diagnosed. They said the issue was a timing belt/chain. That seemed suspect so we took it to another repair shop in town that we first (Orlando auto import specialists). They diagnosed the issue properly and advised us that parts were unavailable due to nationwide back order (which is true). Because there was a warranty extension on the selected parts/issue (faulty injectors), we brought it to coggin. They concurred with the analysis from OIAS and told us they’d look into the parts situation. We anticipated a disappointing call and perhaps a loaner rental while we waited weeks or months for parts. Instead, eric called us the next day and told us he’d found a set in stock and had us ready to go.Classic Honda couldn’t diagnose a vehicle if their lives depended on it and tried to fleece us of >$5000 in repairs. Coggin properly diagnosed the issue and a few others, documenting why and when they would be needed. Prices were incredibly comparable and competitive to a non-dealer repair shop - and based on the outstanding results here? We’re vastly more likely to trust our vehicle to Coggin in the future. Thanks for making this happen for us Eric and Coggin team!
