Sales Person gave us an excellent service but the Financial Manager after giving us a price in the GAP coverage she change it and lied about it.

John was a great service advisor. He was through in preparing for the questions I submitted when setting my appointment online and informed me that I had a still-active warranty which I was unaware of from my sale (also at Coggin). I appreciated John's assistance and attention to detail. If my two previous service advisors at Coggin had been as thorough, I would have been able to use my warranty to cover $1400 in repairs I was forced to do elsewhere when my car died and likely prevented some of that from occurring to begin with. I am grateful for the service John provided, which is why I have the 5 stars, but for the misadvisement the two prior visits, I am incredibly disheartened as a loyal Coggin customer for both sales and service of over a decade. The lack of information from sales and service prior to John helping me cost me significantly and has shaken my trust, which is unfortunate because I felt comfortable that I had a place I could trust for so long. I am waiting for a call back from the Service Director and hoping we can come to a resolution and restore that trust but want to at least commend John for doing things the right way and looking out for his clients to the best of his ability.

Services was fine, courteous and professional - just took a long time - 3 hours for oil change and purchase and installation of 4 new tires.

It is my first time using this facility for maintenance services. I found it strange that you wait in your car until your service advisor comes to you. However, despite that, Karina was professional and courteous. She checked me in and helped me with the paperwork and applying a discount I had. She prioritized my needs over making it simply another transaction. That was very refreshing. The free amenities were excellent inclusive of the movies. The chairs can use a face lift, but are good and the positioning towards the TV was excellent. Overall, it was a good experience.
