Good experience and responsive advisor

Thank you for the ease of online use of coupons during the booking process and the ease of checking in and out! The only critique I have is that the notification process for recommended additional work items has changed and the viewing parameters are confusing. I liked the former way which gave me an overall view and opportunities to either address immediately or hold off to a later point. The former method not only gave me ease of viewing and selection but a better idea of what to expect cost wise.

Jonathan was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately....I was unable to lease a new Honda Civic even with my existing 3 year old Honda Civic Sports equity. The interest rates are just too high. I will probably have to seek financing on my existing Honda.
