I do not enjoy driving about an hour to have my new Honda checked for a RECALL that I didn't need and have to use my time and gas without any purpose. So I was very irritable when I arrived. Also I had called for an appointment, and I arrived before the appointment info got through your computer system, therefore no one knew why I was there when I arrived. However the write-up person put up with my BAD attitude very well!
