I made an appointment for service online the previous day. It was for 9:00 and I arrived on time. I had to sit in the service area waiting until almost 9:30 because the person I had the appointment with was not there. Gustavo saw that I had been waiting a long time and took over to help. Once he took over, everything went very smoothly.
