My car purchase with Coggin was by far my most transparent, enjoyable & swift car purchase. An initial internet search led me to Coggin’s website where I easily navigated their new car inventory. I found the car my son wanted. A “Can I help you?” window appeared and I began texting the Coggin staff. They were very quick to respond with accurate responses. There was no waiting like I experienced at a previous physical dealership (when the sales guy has to confer with the manager.) Coggin sent me a purchase link for the car I wanted that included loan, lease and cash pricing options. There was full transparency with each option of all my costs. Their “final out the door price” was shown in black and white and never changed as the process continued. I was amazed at the simplicity. I spoke to their staff (including Sean) several times during my experience. They were polite, helpful, truthful and reliable. I made my final purchase online later that day after securing insurance. The biggest bonus was their staff delivered the car to me the next day! Kwan was amazing. He had some final paperwork to fill out & handed my son the keys! Their customer service is excellent. Several “after purchase” texts to Coggin have been answered quickly too. Thank you Coggin staff!

It was a good experience

I had my car towed into the dealership due to overheating. Although it took 5 days before I got my car back, my service advisor Eric kept me updated on the progress.
