The service was for a possible recall and I was done within an hour. Matthew has been my service advisor since I moved to Orlando 8 years ago and he has always been very professional and kind.

It wad amazing. I recently moved from Miami and had services at the Honda locations there but this location was top tier. The customer service was spectacular. I never felt so welcomed from any dealerships period! The service person who attended me was so warming and welcoming. This will be my new location for services and hopefully will be for purchasing Hondas for myself and my wife.

Was hesitant at first with all the sales representatives hovering at the front door. Had called in advance and verified the vehicle we were looking for was at the dealership. We were assigned a sales representative Jaden who was knowledgeable and very attentive. Only thing is we arrived at 11 am and did not get out of there till 4pm. Was a long day writing the contract and doing paperwork in general when we had a per-approval from Navy Federal Credit Union.
