My Service Advisor, Renee Farias, as well as my Service Tech Yediel G were great. They kept me informed during the day with texts and pictures with regards to the work that was being done on my car. I appreciate the communication. The only concern I have and that has nothing to do with the service done to my car-it's your showroom. The attachment to my bill says "Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting area. Watch some TV, use your laptop with our free WI-FI access or just relax and enjoy the quiet." Not true. It was anything but quiet. The music was so loud I felt like I was in a bar and not in a place of business-where the music is soft background music not blaring music. If I were in the market for a new car, at this time your dealership would be definitely be on the bottom of my list because of the loud music. I can't tolerate loud music. My car will only come to your dealership for maintenance because of the great service I get there. Something has to be done to turn down the music.
