Check in was fast. Easy to get an appointment. Michael was my tech. He was leaving at 12 pm that day though and would had it over to Oscar. I gave him my spouse's number because I was going into a dental appt and wouldn't be able to talk. He called and talked to spouse we OKed work. I tried to call Oscar later in the day he texted back my car would be ready later in the afternoon. That was the last I heard from him that day. My car was kept overnight. I called Oscar in the morning he told me it would be ready mid morning. (What time is that?). I called again around 1030 am to be told it was ready. Not happy with communication from Oscar, usually I get pictures and a text explaining what is going on. Did not get any of that this time. Especially since this was the 3rd time in 15 months I came in with an engine light on and having spent about $5000.00 on fixing it. When I picked it up I really did n't get a good explanation then either and he had to hunt down my car which was supposed to be ready. At home I read the paperwork and called back the next day to talk with the service manager George. He did not get back with me that day. I called again the next day and got Michael on the phone. Understood explanation but not happy with another large bill and the fact it was the 2nd time they looked at the same cylinders.

All went very professional. My only disloke at cougfin sercixe is that the time I have to wait to simply change oil in relation to another non Honda locations.Besides that all went cery well .

The only reason why I go back to the dealer is because Gabriel Cuevas, for the last 6 years, he has been the same great person every single time.

Geovanni was awesome in helping me drive out in my new suv! He was great all round!
