The service is always great, but the waiting room/area leaves a lot to be desired. I wish there were more options to sit that didn't force me to watch a movie or face a screen.

We had an amazing experience working with Coggin Honda of Orlando!! Edgar Castanedaserna was super professional, but also very personable. He was on top of every detail and quick to respond to all questions. He went above and beyond several times with pictures, videos, and information. Super thankful to have purchased a vehicle from him!!

Overall, I usually have a good experience with Coggin, however if I had a complaint it would be that I feel they should come and get you when your service is complete, bcz I'm not techno savvy and therefore not checking my texts regularly. I waited 15mins before realizing that my car was done. Other than that, no complaints.
