We purchased a new Honda pilot Trailsport - Jeff Pender was our sales manager - who exceeded all expectations going above and beyond - very polite understanding and wanting to get the best for us throughout- we had a media issue which required a factory reset - Andre sales manager , Jeff and Rene - all helped to fix this issue within 2 hours - the vehicle had a driver side rear bumper scratch at time of purchase which allowed a $1000 discount - Jeff organized the repair of the following week - the work done by the body shop - fantastic- and done in 2 hours - our overall experience at Coggin Honda has been exemplary throughout and to date - we will recommend this wonderful team always
