The most recent experience was very good. I dropped off my vehicle for regular maintenance, and was advised by the service person of possible additional maintenance. This is not unexpected, but there was no push from the service person. At some point there was mention of a tire/rim lock missing, I informed the service person that the last person that touched my tires was their technician , and he gladly removed the charge.To help other owners, and beyond the scope of this review, I will mention that the Honda HRV 2023 seems to have some issues that may need recalling eventually. My back windshield/window glass shattered without warning, and many others are reporting the same. Apparently the rear defroster does not shut off properly and continues to heat the glass until it shatters. There also seems to be an issue with steering wheels feeling sticky and causing jerky movements under certain conditions (cold weather). Sadly, my car has experienced both issues. I'm hoping Corporate will acknowledge, and fix the steering issue the next time I bring the car for service, as it's still under warranty.
