My experience at this dealership has usually always been really good. My most recent experience in particular was exceptional. I went in for a routine oil change - and left with an additional surprise. I had been in an accident earlier this year and it left my front right bender a bit dinged up. My service provider ever so graciously banged out my dent and fixed up the front bender - literally out of the kindness of his own heart. I was so happy that he did that - considering he did not have to do that at all. Even to this very moment, as I write, this I am overjoyed and grateful for that kind act.My previous experiences with dealerships have not been great. So, it has been so refreshing to go to this dealership - where it has been nothing short of amazing customer service. I am so happy with Coggin. The best choice I've ever made was switching to this dealer!

The service rep went over the options for repairing the tire that was damaged caused when hitting a curb. One of the options was to replace 2 tires with a complete alignment, which I selected. When the repair was completed the service rep show me all the details of what had been done. I was impressed as the service department did not just take the 2 back tires to be replaced. One of the tires had a plug and that was the tire he replaced along with the flat tire. I had forgotten about the tire with the plug.I do have a compliant about the sales department and if and when I decide to purchase another car it will not be from Coggin Honda. Over the past 12 years when buying a new car, I worked closely with Jeff Berlin. I was amazed that after working for Coggin over 25 years he deeded to leave. Which tells me that your Managment team is flawed. Check how many cars I have purchased and have always felt I received a fair deal. Not always what I wanted but I always believed what Jeff said.

I found out that I needed to have my rear brakes done, and upon the inspection, they found out that my rotors as well also had to be replaced, which I was not expecting that expense. My car is just a little over three years old. I bought it at the end of December 2019 and it was a 2020 model. I would’ve expected the brakes to last a little bit longer. I am not hard on my brakes at all and there is just me that drives the car. Also upon the inspection when they were doing the brake job, they noticed that the right rear tire on the driver side had some sort of a slit in it, and I had to purchase a new tire as well which I also was not expecting, but I know it had to be done. I was just a little taken back .

I learned that if a rock gets in your car and causes harm and the car is is still under warranty it is considered a road hazard and can be covered by car insurance.

I had a great experience! I was able to make an appointment to come in same day. I was greeted right away in the service station and taken care of right away. The advisor knew what was wrong with my car and I was out of the dealership within 2 hours.
