Every aspect of my experience with this location was great. I called the day before to make an appointment and spoke with a man named Matthew. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made my appointment very quickly. He was very polite on the phone. When I came in for service everyone was friendly and greeted me. I was placed with Mathew Mendez and he was also very polite and friendly. I was unsure if I had a tire coverage plan and he was able to easily look it up for me. On top of my tire issue he told me about my recall and that was completed! Mathew was able to also answer questions about my sisters car recall. while waiting for my car, the dealership was very clean and I enjoyed the coffee and movies. Everyone here made my stressful tire situation an easy process to fix. I will definitely schedule here with Mathew Mendez again!

Staff took care of me, got me in when I thought I had a reservation for service that they did not have in the system, brought some snacks while I waited for them, and were courteous when it took me some time to come back and pick my car up
