I booked the appointment online but didn't get the discount as mentioned in your website - even worse: when I arrived the attendant couldn't pull up the scheduled appointment. Everything else was good but if you guys are aiming customer satisfaction, follow up on promises is essential.

Oscar was great as always. Only area for improvement would be the wait time for someone to assist you. It took an imprinted amount of time to be greeted and for cars to be moved out of the queue line.

It was great. I got an oil change and they gave me a full inspection report and a car wash pretty neat.
