Making an appointment seems pointless. Checkin process is great and smooth. Quoted 90 minutes but took 150 minutes. Was asked if I wanted my car washed after, said yes, it wasn’t run through car wash (and they used to vacuum from mats after an oil change, that doesn’t happen anymore either). Coffee/hot chocolate area was great but snack basket was almost empty my whole 2.5 hours there. However, service staff is excellent. The price of the oil change with coupon cannot be beat. The work is always excellent so even with the “bad” we will come back.
