I specifically told the service advisor that checked me in that when you did the last alignment that the steering wheel was not straight. He said they would make sure it was straight this time. The issue was not corrected. I know it doesn't affect the operation of my vehicle, but it drives my OCD crazy.My vehicle was not run through the washer on my last visit.

Wait time was about an hour and a half. Upon reviewing the paperwork, I read an exterior car wash is part of the service. Unfortunately, I do not believe my vehicle received one.
