I had an issue with one of the lady service advisor, but the service manager handled the incident professionally and had a conversation with the advisor. I believe the issue was handled correctly and will be returning for my next service.

Service advisor was pleasant. The wait time to the advisor was minimal. Wait time overall, from check process to determination of issues was ok. Appreciated the ride home while my car was being fixed. Checkout when car was ready was very efficient.
