Saturday Nov 30th was my first car dealership experience. I went to another dealership in the morning and had not a great experience from not getting shown any cars to a financial manager coming over and getting told when I bring more money in later in the week they will be more than happy to help. After noticing how much my cousin loved her car we decided to stop at Honda. We were immediately welcomed and introduced to Steven. He sat down with us and asked about my interests and what I was able to provide that day. Went out to the lot and was shown a few cars before test driving the HR-V. Loved how it drove and all the information he was able to provide about the car. He worked hard to make sure I was not only able to purchase a car but absolutely loved it before I left. I have not stopped recommending Coggin Honda of Orlando. The interactions from the second I walked in the building to the second I drove off the lot was nothing short of exceptional!

everything was Ok but I check my statement after the work was done and they give me a "discount" but at the end was the same price they told me by phone and same price at classic Honda. so I felt cheated ....Sasha was helpful.

Overall my online purchase went well. Tyson our sale representative was great throughout the process. We love our 2014 Honda Odyssey. There was a bit of confusion on getting it delivered and the cost of delivery went up. Ultimately they were able to have someone drive the car to us as we were unable to pick it up. There were a few minor issues with vehicle like an unadjustable air conditioner vent. They mentioned they could look into repair but we don’t live near the dealership.
