Very courteous service advisor (Matthew) and parts dept staff (cannot remember his name). I needed a replacement key made for my 2013 Odyssey. Luckily one was in stock and the team got me out in 1 hour, including the required programming.I also observed some of the sales personnel during my wait and was very impressed at the attitude and attention given to the prospective customers.
