Overall my online purchase went well. Tyson our sale representative was great throughout the process. We love our 2014 Honda Odyssey. There was a bit of confusion on getting it delivered and the cost of delivery went up. Ultimately they were able to have someone drive the car to us as we were unable to pick it up.There were a few minor issues with vehicle like an unadjustable air conditioner vent. They mentioned they could look into repair but we don’t live near the dealership.

I brought my Honda CR-V in for service, and my Service Advisor, Dave Manieram, provided consistently outstanding advice. Dave has been my Service Advisor ever since I purchased this vehicle. He certainly represents Coggin Honda of Orlando well.
