Working with Alex, our salesperson, was great. With his extra effort, since we are not local, that really clinched the deal. Same with working with Sean on certain items. We would consider the drive down in the future but did have some problems not related to the sales teams. Not a five star? Here is why: the online purchased did not go well at all. System could not take my bank payment (check or ACH or combo credit card) and the numbers and documents that were generated were not correct and we had to redo the paperwork. Also, the amount of time, despite having an appointment, to get to Finance to finish paying and documents was ridiculous. We were at the dealership for three hours even though we already signed documents, agreed on price, etc. and Alex had the car ready to go. That was with over two days' notice and an appointment time. We waited at least 90 minutes for Finance (and we were not financing). Also, without an additional privacy notice or disclosure, we were not comfortable with the request to make a copy of our credit card, even redacted. We paid electronically and all the data need for that should be a record. We eventually agreed to write another check. That all would have been avoided if the online purchase (Clicklane) actually worked. Clicklane also would not allow edits by the buyer to correct full name, etc. Also, the General Manager need to talk to the Service Manager about whether your tinting process violates Florida law. It is my understanding that the tinting law in Florida requires the installer/dealer to put a sticker on the door jam indicating date type of materials and shading, compliance with FL law, etc. Although a tint brochure was available, the car did not come with the required sticker or information. There is only a Coggin Collision Center sticker on the door jam. I believe that is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to 60 days imprisonment and a $500 fine. I would suggest looking into the tinting requirements further and correcting that if you determine a correction is needed after conferring with your attorney. Here are the references:316.2955 Window sunscreening material; compliance labeling; tolerances.and 316.2956 Violation of provisions relating to windshields, windows, and sunscreening material; penalties.Lots of other tint shops and dealers are aware of and are in compliance with the requirements. If you determine to correct, can you please send me a sticker with the correct information to my mailing address. The installation details should also be in your shop records. If Coggin is going to the trouble to add the collision sticker and requiring new cars to be tinted as part of a mandatory sales package, then Coggin should at least be adding the tint sticker.

Christopher made the needed questions to address my concerns with my car and kindly offered a shuttle service to go to work. Then discussed with me all the recommendations described in the report
