It stated on my slip for car wash that was not performed. The advisor stated it was dripping wet no where wet at all car still dirty. There was some bird dropping on my back glass few areas that the wash would get off. He asked it I wanted them run it through , but I did not have extra time.

Service is always great! Employees are always friendly and accommodating. Service prices are extremely high though! Almost $70 for an oil change, even with a $10 off coupon !!!
