Oscar was very helpful and nice. The only problem I found was that when he gave me my paperwork, the last page that was stapled with my paperwork was another customers paperwork with all the customers information like name address email phone. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ALL TAKE OUR THE PAPERWORK FROM THE PRINTER.

I received a video of how dirty my AC filter was when I was told additional services were required. I really liked that. Also, the gentleman who took care of me was super nice and well mannered. I believe his name is Matthew. I really want him to be recognized for this review. I was with my 4 month old baby and he was quick and to the point. He even opened the car door for me so I could put the baby in the car and he opened the trunk for the stroller as well.

Gabriel is always my service advisor and I only trust him with servicing my vehicle. He’s the best.

I was greeted promptly and courteously. My service advisor Dasia was efficient,helpful and pleasant. That entire process was A plus,HOWEVER the seating in the waiting area is horrible!!! The seats are all ripped!!!Since I was waiting for service I went over to the tables. You really need to get new seats.

The rep was corteous and helpful. I was able to leave with the required maintenance my accord needed to have done. The work was completed in a timely fashion.
