I made an online appointment, but it did not show up on the list when I arrived. Probably I did not complete the online appointment, because I did not see any confirmation. Anyhow Mr. George helped to sign me in for the service. He is very nice and professional.

We decided to upgrade to a newer car with more safety features so went ready to buy a crv..because we bought two vehicles from this dealer previously and we liked the crv but we needed to speak to the salesman to learn more about the safety features before we buy..he was very knowledgeable..andpatient with us

I enjoy taking my suv to coggin even though it takes me around 30 minutes to get there. People are courteous and friendly. Plus I get good service and cheaper oil change then other dealership. Thanks

Overall it was good…. A couple issues identified during my service visit. The person who serviced my car obviously didn’t pay attention to my entitlements of ‘free oil changes’ which he tried to charge me for… Also he made one of the recommended maintenance suggestions a “red - immediate” alert when that was not the case. It should have been a “yellow” alert for attention but not emergency. Should not have gone from 0 to 360 in a 3 month period which was my last visit…
