We brought our 2018 Odyssey in for service again because it had not been repaired properly the day before. A service we paid $200 for. When it was re-examined, we were told it would be another $180 (approximately) to fix it again!! At that point we told them not to fix it and began looking for another vehicle. I was first directed to John -salesman and I told him we had not come to purchase a vehicle but at this point I wanted to investigate the trade in value and search for a new van. He had just arrived and excused himself for a few minutes, came back, told me he had a terrible headache and passed me off to Catrina. She graciously listened to my whole story again and began helping me find a Honda Odyssey, with all the perks of the 2018 Odyssey touring Elite that I currently owned. We landed on the 2024 Odyssey Elite that was on the showroom floor. Catrina patiently went through all the necessary steps for us to purchase this vehicle...our current van was assessed for trade in, we landed on a downpayment and acceptable interest rate and monthly payments, and at the end of the day, we drove home with brand new van..We discovered the next day that one of the floor mats was missing. After a few phone calls, new floor mats were ordered, and I picked them up Thursday morning. While I was not pleased with the service on my old van (having to bring it back the next day because it actually was not fixed) I was very happy with the service we received in finding and purchasing the new van, once a sales person sat down with us and helped us out. Kudos to Catrina...she was AWESOME!!!

Everything was fine, but I hope you all pay attention to contact information. Contact the correct people when servicing the vehicle rather than mixing up family members. Otherwise service was fine.
