My husband’s crv battery was deaf so I removed it from his crv and brought it in to be replaced as I had only purchased it from this location less than a year ago. I didn’t know it wasn’t possible to replace the battery without the crv there. I pleaded that I had no way of jumping the crv to get it there with the dead battery. Dalixa Valdibieso was persistent in asking several service advisors for assistance. To each one she explained my problem and asked how I could be helped. At least 4 advisors would not help and sent her to so and so and so and so until Alix Marcela Gutierrez agreed to help me. These 2 ladies were amazing in their helpfulness, willingness and time trying to help me. Much much gratitude for these 2 ladies
