It was a wonderful car-buying experience. Both associates (David Ramos and Kelvin Santos) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured about anything and any questions I had were easily answered. Shopping for and purchasing a vehicle can often be intimidating and somewhat overwhelming, but both Mr. Ramos and Mr. Santos were very personable and made me feel comfortable with the experience.
