I came in Saturday, as early as possible, upset about the situation the car was in. The car basically started shaking on our way to GA and we had to turn back.I was pleasantly greeted by Jamal. He turned my mood around and was just amazing. Later in the waiting area- he was there and again- just so courteous. Iris helped get my car squared away. She was understanding, helpful, kind, really just another amazing member of your team! Based on the interactions with these two employees, I will highly recommend Coggin.Thank you Jamal for your vibes!And Thank You Iris for making a rough day bearable!! 🤩🤩

Excellent service. I had a problem with my *fuel port in *May but the service center didn’t have the part to fix my car. I do remember Dave telling me he will follow up with me once the center receives the part. I forgot but Dave didn’t forget and the follow up means a lot to me. I appreciate Dave for providing excellent customer service.
