Car was Serviced but not washed. Also check in took 30 minutes even though I had appointment

I would have given 5 stars however , i’m generously giving a four. Our sales person Edwin was very nice fantastic guy. When we got into the office for the paperwork, the finance guy was super super high pressure, trying to sell us a car warranty I said no many times he would not let up. I almost left. This left a very bad taste. I was extremely uncomfortable with this , NO means NO !

Air leak of front right tire. I brought the car once in July and three times in August; 1st, 15th and 30th.Every time I was told the same scenario hot weather inflates all tires but one is low. I believed that 3 times until last time I wanted the tire checked in water to see where the leak comes from. Thanks to Eric who advised me of a nail in the tire and the wheels need to be aligned.I was very happy that one person this time found the problem and not the three other times.Should I continue to bring the car to service at your dealership anymore?
