Mike is thoughtful and thorough. He does his best to keep me updated on what’s happening with the car. He is fair in calculating prices. And he gives me options with an honest consideration of why each option is necessary. During routine maintenance, the team found a nail in a tire. Mike gave me my options and explained the value of each.
